Check the installation of Java Sun on your PC.

The "JAVA" sub-directory must exist in C:\PROGRAM
FILES\.
If it doesn't, install JAVA from the www.java.com
website, or from the CD-Rom available from the Electronic
Banking unit of your bank. |

Check the default Java Sun version used on your Pc : |

|
Click on "Start" and select
"Settings ", then "Control Panel". |
|
|
Double click on "Java Plug-in". |
|
|
Click on "About".
You will then find the Java Sun version used on
your Pc.
It must be, at least, the version indicated in the
recommended
configuration.
If it isn't, reinstall Java Sun on your Pc. |

|
Check the installation of B-web in the Java directory
on your Pc : |

Go to C:\PROGRAM FILES\JAVA\.
Find a sub-directory C:\PROGRAM FILES\JAVA\j2rexxxxxx
where xxxxxx represents the Java Sun version, used
on your Pc, identified by you in the previous step
( found on the "About" tab). |

In this sub-directory j2rexxxxxx,
look for the LIB directory and check the existence
of the EXT sub-directory in which you find several
files whose names start with "bweb" and
whose file extensions are mainly "jar". |
|
|
|

If it isn't the case, proceed
to the installation of B-Web starting from
the URL usually used for your transactions. |
|

If it isn't the case, look for
the C:\bweb.v3 directory and delete it.
