01 What is the deadline to carry out my payments on the same day (Cut-off Time) ?

Le tableau défini ci-dessous représente les heures limites de signature de vos paiements pour exécution de ceux-ci le jour même.
Dans le cas contraire, ces ordres de paiement seront exécutés le lendemain.

The table defined hereafter represents the limit hours of signature of your payments for execution on the same day.
If you don't sign them within those hours, the payment orders will be executed on the next day

Don't forget to untick "Disable synchronization" when you connect to B-Web.

Click on Windows Explorer
Open c:\windows\java\lib (Win9x,2000,Me et XP)
or c:\winnt\java\lib (Windows NT)
Double-click on bwebv2.html.

05 I lose my Digipass ?

If you lose your Digipass, contact the B-Web team of your bank as quickly as possible so that they can cancel your old Digipass and send you a new one.

06 I forget my Digipass code ?

If you forget your Digipass PIN code, you will not be able to use Digipass. Contact the B-Web team of your bank in order for it to be replaced.

07 My digipass pin code is known by a 3rd party ?

Should you wish to modify your Digipass PIN code, because you, for instance, believe that it is known to a third party, (see support).

08 A "Battery low" message appears on the Digipass screen ?

If a "Battery low" message appears on your Digipass screen, it is time to replace the batteries !

09 I have forgotten my password (for off-line connections) ?

You simply need to be in on-line mode with the local database and to tick the "Change password requested" box . B-Web will ask you to supply a new password. This will be activated during the next off-line connection.

11 If you are unsuccessful in installing B-Web ?
 Click on Download B-Web version winzip.exe :
Wait for a few moments and the following window will open: Downloading file.
You will be asked, "What would you like to do with this file?" Click next to "Run this program from its current location".
Then click on OK.
When you are asked, "Do you want to install and run "bweb.exe"?", click on "Yes". A new window will open.
A default directory is suggested for saving the B-Web installation program.
You can either accept it or change it and then click on "Unzip", which will decompress the installation files in this directory.
Click on OK when you receive the message "files unzipped successfully".
Close the "WinZip-Self Extractor - bweb.exe" window
 If Netscape is installed on your PC, make sure the default navigator is Internet Explorer.
 To check this :
Open Internet Explorer.
Click on the menu item "Tools", in the drop-down menu you select "Internet Options..." and you click on the tab "Programs".
Is the box "Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default" checked?.
If it is not :
Check the box, click "OK" and close Internet Explorer.
Open Internet Explorer again and confirm that you want to make it your default browser by clicking "Yes".
 To install B-Web :
Under Windows Explorer, go to the directory suggested when you saved the B-Web installation program, or to the directory you selected.
Double click on "install.htm".
Restart your computer so that your system can complete the installation.

12 When I connect to B-Web , I get only a grey screen ?
 First make sure that you are connected to the site for which you signed a contract.
 Use the right connection and everything will work again.
 If it is not the case, check the version of Microsoft Internet Explorer :
Select the menu ? (Help), then "about Internet Explorer".
It must be at least the recommended configuration.
 If not, check that the virtual Java machine is correctly installed :
Open your Microsoft Internet Explorer.
In Internet Explorer, select the Tools menu , then Internet options...
Click on the Advanced tab and check whether the three options relative to the JAVA VM (Java Virtual Machine) are displayed.
If not, the virtual JAVA machine will have to be downloaded (5.5 Mb file).
(for Windows XP : download version 5.00.3802).
If it exists, check the version by clicking on the View menu and then on java console.
 When everything is in order at this level, we advise you to connect to the Internet  Banking site of your bank for first time site in on-line mode.
 If the 3 previous points are correct, the B-Web programme is probably incorrectly  installed. To reinstall it completely, you must :
Delete the folder C:\WINDOWS\JAVA\lib. NB: delete only the lib file and not the entire Windows folder !!!
Then reinstall the B-Web programme. Before connecting, it is advisable to restart your PC.
If the antivirus installed on the PC is NORTON, please contact our technical support.
If it still does not work, send us the messages from the Java console so that we can analyse them and quickly find a solution for you.
To do this, you must be in Internet Explorer :
 
Click on the View menu, then on Java Console.
Select the entire text in the open window, using the mouse or the copy function (keys <ctrl>C)
Open the notepad or Word and paste the text (keys <ctrl>V)
Save this document and send it to us by e-mail.

13 I receive a warning message relating to the certificate when I connect to B-Web
Updating the certificate of your bank appears to pose some problems when connecting to the B-Web service if the navigator used is Internet Microsoft Explorer 4.01 or 5.0
To resolve this problem, please re-install the certificate of your bank.
To do this, please follow the procedures below for your navigator version.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.01
Click here and follow the instructions.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0
 
Click here. A "certificate" window will open.
Click on "Install certificate". You will receive a "Welcome" window.
Click on "Next". A third window appears - "Import of certificate manager assistant".
Leave the default option (first line) and click on "Next". You will receive a fourth (final) page entitled "End of import assistant".
Click on "Finish". You will receive a message informing you that the import has been carried out successfully.
Click on OK. Then close the certificate box by clicking on "OK" at the bottom of the box.
When the two installations have been successfully carried out, switch off your PC and then connect to B-Web in the usual way.

14 I cannot connect to B-web any more. I get a message saying "IMPOSSIBLE TO DISPLAY THE PAGE".

Check the level of the encryption or cipher strength of your system.
What to do ?

Click on "?" or "Help" in the Microsoft Internet Explorer toolbar.
Select the heading "About Internet Explorer".
Under the version number, you will find the level of encryption or cipher strength.
If it is not equal to 128 Bits, it is necessary to update it by downloading the pack corresponding to your configuration :
Windows 98 french IE 5.0

We advise you to restart your PC before connecting to the B-Web service.

15 The error message "TEC002 service unavailable" appears when connecting to the B-Web service and/or
when signing payments.

The installation of patch No Q832894, an automatic Internet Explorer update, has caused disruption when using our B-WEB product.
Microsoft has produced patch Q 831167
.
Installing this patch resolves the problems encountered in particular when using B-Web.

Connect to the following url : www.microsoft.com
Click on the "Downloads" option
In the "search for a download" option, select Internet explorer in "product/technology" with the drop-down list
Click on "Update for Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack (KB831167)
Download the preference patch "from its current location".

Please restart your computer after downloading.
